Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly professional and well-groomed Guest Service Associate to join the team at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury hospitality, exceptional guest-handling skills, and a passion for delivering world-class service while ensuring memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest journey.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain high grooming and presentation standards at all times.
• Provide personalized service to VIP and high-profile guests.
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and luxury service standards.
• Build positive guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Represent the hotel’s brand values through outstanding hospitality.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a luxury hotel or premium hospitality property.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional grooming and polished personality.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

• Male: 5’11” (180 cm) & above
• Female: 5’4″ (163 cm) & above
