We are looking for a talented Frontend Web Developer who can convert Figma UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, deep knowledge of frontend technologies, and the ability to work closely with designers and backend developers to deliver smooth user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into responsive and optimized code.
- Develop and maintain front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js if required).
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI designs.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
- Implement reusable, scalable, and maintainable front-end components.
- Debug and fix cross-browser, cross-platform, and performance issues.
Required Skills:
- Core Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proficiency in responsive design (Flexbox, Grid, Media Queries).
- Experience in converting Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into functional websites.
- Frameworks & Libraries (Preferred):
- React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular (any one is a plus).
- Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Sass/SCSS for styling.
- Tools & Workflow:
- Version control: Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Knowledge of REST APIs / GraphQL integration.
- Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, or other build tools.
- Other Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail for pixel-perfect design matching.
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility (WCAG).
Experience Requirements:
- Mid-Level (2–3 years): Strong portfolio with multiple responsive websites built from Figma/Sketch.
- Senior (4+ years): Advanced expertise in modern frameworks, team collaboration, and performance optimization.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Basic knowledge of backend (Node.js, PHP, or Python).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
