Key Responsibilities
- Understand our existing codebase and suggest improvements in system architecture.
- Act as a bridge between our team and external development agencies — translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Implement AI-based features (chatbots, recommendation engines, analytics, etc.).
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and third-party service implementations.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security in all deployments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of MERN Stack (MongoDB, React.js, Node.js, Express.js).
- Ability to read, understand, and improve existing codebases.
- Experience in API integrations and third-party service implementations.
- Exposure to AI/ML tools, frameworks, or libraries.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with business + external developers.
- Experience in creating technical documentation.
