We’re on the hunt for a code-obsessed, AI-fluent Full Stack Developer who thrives on building modern, intelligent, and scalable applications from the ground up. This is not a typical entry-level role — you’ll be creating production-grade systems that integrate AI models, real-time analytics, and automation pipelines into high-performance software stacks.
You will work across front-end, back-end, DevOps, and AI integration layers, using the latest cloud-native architectures, edge computing patterns, and AI APIs to deliver features at scale. Key Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development – Architect, build, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks with clean, modular, and reusable code.
- API Design & Optimization – Build and scale RESTful/GraphQL APIs with authentication, rate-limiting, and real-time capabilities.
- Data Layer Engineering – Design and optimize schemas in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis); integrate vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) for AI search.
- Front-End Excellence – Develop responsive, high-performance UIs with React/Next.js, incorporating real-time updates.
- Cloud & DevOps – Deploy microservices (Docker/Kubernetes), configure CI/CD pipelines, and set up observability tools.
- Performance & Security – Implement caching, CDN strategies, and AI-based anomaly detection for performance and security monitoring.
- AI-Enhanced Workflow – Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Tabnine) for faster coding, automated testing, and debugging.
- Continuous Learning – Explore emerging AI frameworks, cloud innovations, and architectural patterns — and experiment with them in production.
- Collaboration & Code Quality – Work with team members to implement features, improve functionality, review code, and maintain clean, well-documented repositories.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, ES6+ syntax.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js for front-end development.
- Proficiency with Node.js and Express.js for server-side applications.
- Database experience: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, VectorDB.
- API development: REST & GraphQL design, integration, optimization.
- Version control mastery: Git, branching strategies, code reviews.
- Testing frameworks: Jest, Playwright, Cypress.
- Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, serverless functions, container orchestration.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, system design, and performance profiling.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Real-time systems: WebSockets, event-driven architectures, Kafka.
- Security: Experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, AI-based threat detection.
Education:
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related fields.
