Role: Full Stack Developer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Get involved in many parts of the business, helping plan and carry out projects.
- Build and maintain web and mobile apps accurately and efficiently.
- Test and fix bugs in new and existing apps to make sure they run well.
- Work on your own while also working with different teams in an Agile environment.
- Handle deadlines and deliver work on time.
- Give technical support and improve the user experience based on feedback.
- Have strong organization and communication skills.
- Focus on helping users, making sure they’re satisfied and confident.
- Report to IT Team Leads for different projects, and to the CTO for overall team direction.
- Stay positive and take action when facing challenges.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience building Fintech (financial technology) apps using:
- Front-end: HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React.js, TypeScript
- Back-end: PHP, SQL
- Skilled in building apps for multiple platforms, with strong focus on UI/UX (user interface and experience) design.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, data request systems, and offline storage.
- Skilled in React tools (React.js, Redux) and managing app data/state.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including their finer details.
- Ability to find and fix performance issues so apps run smoothly, like native apps.
- Good teamwork with stakeholders, back end developers, front end developers, and QA testers.
- Ability to gather project needs and build solutions effectively.
- Experience in international customer service, with a passion for keeping users happy.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android app development, including publishing apps to app stores.
- Experience building and maintaining high-quality React Native apps with clean, well-organized code.
