We are looking for a strategic and creative Game Marketing Manager who is passionate about games and understands gamer behavior, trends, and culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive engagement, visibility, and growth for our games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead marketing strategies for game launches, updates, and live ops.
- Identify and define target audiences to drive player acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, UA, community) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, assets, and performance tracking.
- Launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, influencers, social media, email, etc.).
- Coordinate with PR agencies, media outlets, and platform partners for promotions.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Keep up with industry trends, gamer communities, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong knowledge and genuine interest in games, gaming platforms, and gamer communities.
- Experience with full-funnel digital marketing strategies and user acquisition techniques.
- Proficient in data analysis, marketing KPIs, and performance marketing tools.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, community building, or esports.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Knowledge of F2P, monetization strategies, and live service models.
