Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office Graphic Designer job based in Mumbai. The job involves making and keeping visual designs that match the brand. You’ll work with the marketing, events, and operations teams to turn their ideas into good designs.

Your duties include creating logos and graphics for new projects, preparing files that are ready for printing, finding images, and changing designs to fit different formats and platforms. You’ll also join brainstorming sessions, give design ideas during photo/video shoots, and make sure all design work is finished on time, following the brand’s rules and campaign schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong basic skills in graphic design, including the ability to work with graphics across digital and print formats.
• Experience in logo design and branding to create and grow visual identities for different sub-brands and campaigns.
• Skilled in fonts and layout, to create clear, interesting, and visually balanced designs.
• Advanced skills in standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma or similar tools is a plus).
• A portfolio showing creative ideas, attention to detail, and experience with hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands (preferred).
• Ability to understand instructions, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work closely with different teams on-site.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equal work experience.
