Company: CXG
Role: freelancer Graphic Design
Job Type: Freelance/Remote
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: India
We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Graphic Design freelancer to work with us remotely.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Graphic Design freelancer to help shape the visual identity of CXG Learn, our mobile-first learning platform for luxury and premium brands. CXG Learn is growing from standalone modules into a scalable system of premium, engaging, “Insta-story” style learning paths – and we need a designer who can create content that feels as polished as the brands we work with.
This is hands-on design work built directly inside our learning-authoring platform, not just delivering files. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, a premium sense of style, and a genuine interest in learning new tools and experimenting as we build.
A Note on Tools:
Much of this role happens inside Autrice, our learning-authoring platform, and similar tools – not typical design software. They’re simple but different, so being willing to learn and improve is essential, and you should expect some trial and error at first as we figure out the best way to work together. We value designers who are comfortable with that.
Key Responsibilities
Module & Template Design
- Design and improve learning-module templates directly in our authoring platform – typography, colour, layout, visual flow, and consistent navigation.
- Make sure every screen is mobile-first and works well in portrait mode.
Path Identities
- Develop distinct but connected visual identities for learning paths such as Luxury, Clienteling, Emotional Selling, and Management.
- Move from single-module thinking to full-path creative systems that remain part of the CXG Learn system.
Visual & Icon Libraries
- Build reusable visual libraries – neutral boutique backgrounds and category-specific backgrounds (cosmetics, ready-to-wear, jewellery, watches).
- Create icon sets tied to the client experience and retail performance.
Module Revamps & Guidelines
- Update existing modules to feel more premium, mobile-first, and scalable.
- Apply and help maintain the CXG Learn creative guidelines across all content.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and learning teams, making quick changes based on feedback.
