Role Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Content Creator with at least 1 to 1.5 years of experience. You will design compelling visuals and create engaging content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create original and relevant content aligned with our brand voice and financial industry standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to develop promotional materials and social media campaigns.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Use design tools like Canva and Figma proficiently to produce professional-quality work.
- Optimize graphics and content for various digital channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 – 1.5 years experience as a Graphic Designer and Content Creator, preferably in finance or corporate sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Canva and Figma is a must.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to the target audience.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Attention to detail with strong aesthetic sense and brand alignment.
