Job Description:
● Conceptualize and design creative assets for campaigns, social media, newsletters, reports, presentations, event collaterals, and donor communication
● Adapt designs for multiple platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
● Create infographics, data visualizations, and illustrations that simplify complex information
● Ensure all communication materials adhere to the organization’s brand guidelines.
● Support in updating and evolving brand assets as needed.
● Work closely with the Resource Mobilization and Communications and program teams to understand design needs and translate them into impactful visuals.
● Liaise with printers and other creative vendors for production requirements.
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer in the development/non-profit sector.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and equivalent tools (e.g., Canva), Microsoft Office etc.
• Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.
