As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our visual communications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audiences.
- Develop design concepts: Create compelling design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project briefs and brand guidelines.

- Select design elements: Choose appropriate colors, typography, and imagery that align with our brand identity and project goals.
- Ensure design consistency: Make sure all designs are visually cohesive and consistent across different platforms and channels.
- Utilize design software: Work proficiently with industry-standard design software and tools, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Brainstorm ideas: Contribute innovative design ideas and concepts by collaborating with the creative team.
- Manage projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting project timelines and deadlines.
- Stay updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into your projects.
- Organize assets: Maintain and organize design files, assets, and documentation for easy accessibility.
- Coordinate with vendors: Work closely with external vendors, printers, and other partners to ensure accurate and high-quality production of design materials.
- Incorporate feedback: Iterate designs based on stakeholder input and requirements.
- Improve processes: Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 0-3 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Design Fundamentals: Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Creative Thinking: The ability to generate innovative design concepts and solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Digital Design Knowledge: Familiarity with digital design principles and formats for online platforms.
- Print Production Knowledge: Familiarity with print production processes and specifications.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and an understanding of user-centered design is a plus. Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is also a plus.
