The Great Minds Group is a Bangalore-based event management agency that organizes events conferences and exhibitions – such as corporate summits, trade shows, or whatever the specific events may be. we want a Graphic Designer. The right candidate should be creative, detail-focused, and experienced in designing high-quality digital and print materials. This role will mainly focus on branding and promotional materials for conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, websites, and social media campaigns.

Up to  ₹52,062.12 INR month, depending on experience and portfolio.

Role Description

This is a full-time, office-based position, working Monday to Friday. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing, social media, content, website, and events teams to create professional, consistent designs across multiple event brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Create event logos, brand identities, color schemes, and visual guidelines.
• Design brochures, sponsorship proposals, event schedules, presentations, and reports.
• Create social media designs, including speaker announcements, sponsor posts, partner posts, countdowns, and promotional campaigns.
• Design website banners, email campaign graphics, digital ads, and landing-page visuals.
• Prepare on-site event materials, including backdrops, roll-up banners, stage screens, signs, certificates, badges, and sponsor walls.
• Resize and adjust approved designs for different digital and print formats.
• Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork for production.
• Make sure all designs follow the approved event branding and color themes.
• Carefully review artwork to make sure names, dates, logos, spelling, and event details are correct.
• Manage multiple design tasks and deliver them on time.
• Keep design files, templates, logos, and event folders organized.
• Support urgent design needs before and during events.
• Help with post-event reports, event highlights, and promotional materials for future events.

Qualifications

• Shown experience working as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of fonts, color, layout, and composition.
• Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in conferences, exhibitions, events, advertising, or media is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, or AI design tools is a bonus.
• A strong, up-to-date design portfolio is required.
