Role Overview
Nykaa is India’s leading beauty and fashion brand that sells directly to customers (D2C), serving 52 million customers. We’re adding a flexible Graphic Designer to our creative team. This person will help shape how the Beauty and Nykaa Fashion brands look and feel.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Social Media, and Shoot & Production teams to create eye-catching designs that connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Design: Create and maintain eye-catching web content for Beauty, Nykaa Fashion, and their sub-brands.
- Social Media: Design engaging graphics for social media platforms, making sure they match Nykaa’s brand style and tone.
- Marketing & Branding: Create design work for marketing campaigns, including email templates, banners, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Logo Design: Come up with ideas and design logos for new products and sub-brands, keeping a consistent visual style.
- Packaging Design: Design fresh and attractive packaging for Nykaa’s products, thinking about both looks and usefulness.
- Retail Design: Create graphics for in-store displays, signs, and promotional materials to improve the shopping experience.
- Art Direction: Give creative direction and ideas for photoshoots, video shoots, and other multimedia projects.
Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries/brands.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showing a range of design skills and creative solutions.
- Great understanding of design basics, fonts, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a bonus.
Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA
