ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Growth Operations Manager join our team in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

The Growth Operations Manager will collaborate across the Growth organization to streamline processes, implement technology solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making that accelerates our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operations Management: Ability to successfully manage and mentor a small team in a hybrid environment. Oversee and direct business planning activities and scheduling of Growth presentations such as Bid Board reviews and Top Deal reviews to assist with opportunity velocity. Streamline and coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for growth-related processes, workflows, and technologies. Support event planning activities.

Process Optimization & Automation: Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across growth-related functions to enhance productivity and data accuracy. Leverage automation tools and technologies to streamline processes and eliminate manual tasks.

Data Management: Proactively ensure data integrity within our CRM system by evaluating its validity, completeness, consistency, and uniformity, directly addressing any data quality issues. Implement and maintain accurate CRM data and empower the Growth team to fully leverage the tool’s capabilities.

Communication and Enablement: Act as the point of contact for operations questions managing Growth and Capabilities email account, Slack channels, and Google sites.  Assist with Growth Engine and Enablement functions such as site management, job aids, module creation, and communications. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure team adoption and adherence to best practices. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and other communication materials as needed.

Project Management: Lead and manage growth-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes defining project scope, developing timelines, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant Operations experience or Masters Degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Government Contracting environment, specifically related to business planning activities.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing small teams in a remote and in person environment.
  • Highly proficient in Google platform and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong leadership, project management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce and database driven applications preferred.
  • Multi-tasking and communications skills to develop, organize, facilitate, coordinate, and execute actions across the org related to all Growth and Capabilities initiatives.
  • Ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision, and establish a solid working relationship with senior management, BD staff, and peers in the Group and across ManTech.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the broader strategic context.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
