About the company | all things talent
Our client is a reproductive health brand based in Mumbai. built on a simple idea : this is a personal topic, so it should feel warm and human, not cold or clinical. Their brand feel premium but still approachable, so it is not easier for people to talk about something sensitive.
They’ve built real trust with their audience.which is honestly rare in this space, since most brands get wrong. and now they are growing fast, there is more stuff to design across more places, and they need someone to keep the whole visual look consistent across everything.
Why does this role even exist?
Most healthcare design in India tends to be boring, safe, and forgettable. This brand selected the opposite direction on purpose, but that only works if every piece of design they put out (a social post, an ad, a presentation) actually feels like it’s from the same brand.
The basics already there: got a clear look, a growing set of brand assets, and a bunch of channels that need consistent design. What needed now is someone with really solid design skills who can apply that same identity across different formats, not just make random pretty visuals here and there.
This role isn’t for someone who only wants to do one type of design. It’s for someone who can hold the whole visual system together across social, ads, and bigger brand materials. and who can actually explain why they made certain design choices, not just follow the brief says.
What you will own:
- Core design: Own layout, fonts, and overall composition – basically everything else builds on.
- Different formats: you will design social posts, static ads, presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and other brand materials.
- Brand consistency: Make sure the brand’s look stays the same everywhere, so it all feels like one connected system.
- Motion & video (if it comes up): Helping with reels, short videos, or basic motion graphics — nice to have, not required.
Who you are:
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience, best within a customer brand – D2C, food & beverage, fashion, wellness, or hospitality.
- A clear opinion on design, who can explain why they made a choice, not just what the choice was.
- Motion graphics or video editing skills are a strong bonus, but not required.
- Comfortable taking feedback, and also comfortable pushing back with reasoning when needed, in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
