Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting general office operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
