Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Manage office administration tasks such as vendor management, office supplies, and facility maintenance.
- Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee information.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
