Edsom Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized HR/Admin professional to join our team. This in-office role is critical to supporting the company’s administrative and human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
  • Manage office administration tasks such as vendor management, office supplies, and facility maintenance.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee information.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Experience with HR software and systems.
