- Supporting in Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability.
- Supporting and coordinating for all the engagement activities and issues.
- Quarterly E-Magazine- Data Collection and follow-up with Plant, Sales & Corporate
- Training Need Identification
- Partnering with the Business to understand their concerns
- Identification of Unique roles
- Sales Training program as per need
- POSH Training for all members
- Induction PPT (updated as per the guidelines)
- Structured Induction to all the new joiners
- Exit Interview of resource on Day 1
- Study of Attrition
- Succession Planning
- Engagement Activity @ Corp. & other locations
