Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical roles (MERN developers, designers, interns, etc.).
  • Post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social media.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and team leads.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
  • Support onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaborate with founders and managers to understand staffing needs.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes (screening, interview scheduling, onboarding).
  • Calling candidates for screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment tasks at once.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and social media recruiting.
  • Interest in tech and startup environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in IT / tech recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HR tools (BreezyHR, Zoho Recruit, or similar).
  • Understanding of employment laws and HR compliance (India).
