Responsibilities of the Candidates:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
  • Design and execute effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly
  • Implement performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies
  • Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and support employees through transitions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of HR management experience, preferably handling 100+ employees
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
