  • Provide support in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting day-to-day office operations
  • Assist in HR compliance by ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
  • Conduct HR analytics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations

Skills and Qualifications:

Core Skills:

  • Experience with HR software and HRIS systems
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and labor laws
