HR Operation / Recruitment Executive with 2-5 years exp – Vasai-Virar, Mumbai

Role Summary:

This role combines three areas

HR Recruitment – planning hiring needs, posting jobs, coordinating with consultants, checking resumes, doing HR interviews, managing job offers, and helping new hires settle in

HR Operations – handling attendance/leave/payroll, doing performance reviews, keeping employees engaged and happy at work, handling exit paperwork, following HR policies and rules, building the company’s reputation, creating HR content, and running hiring campaigns

Project Coordination – leading project kickoff meetings, writing meeting notes, running weekly project check-ins, coordinating between management, clients, and the design team, raising issues early, and talking to clients about their satisfaction and feedback

Note: Basic office tasks (booking travel, regular social media posts, making invoices, data entry, office support) are handled separately by our Back Office Executive and are not part of this role.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication, recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, project coordination, working with different stakeholders, documentation, supporting leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving.
