This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources or who wants to pursue career in recruitment
The HR Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with team members to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) or pursuing
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment.
