  • Duration: 6 months (First 3 months: Training Period Unpaid, Next 3 months Paid)
  • Potential for Full-Time Role: Exceptional interns may secure a full-time position post-internship.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, documents, and databases.
  • Support HR initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement, and feedback cycles.
  • Draft HR communications and contribute to internal newsletters, policies, and training materials.
  • Help plan and coordinate virtual events, team-building activities, and HR campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Conduct research on HR trends and best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, with an expected graduation year in 2026 or 2027.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with HR software or tools  is a plus.
  • HR Knowledge:
    • Understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and organizational behavior.
    • Awareness of labor laws, ethics, and employee welfare is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience:
    • Prior internship or project experience in HR functions or people management is preferred.
