Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions.
- Should have done End-to-end Recruitment.
- Utilize recruiting tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skill and cultural fit evaluations.
- Stay informed on IT industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Should know Tamil & English languages
Skills and Qualifications:
Core Skills:
- Experience with Recruiting Tools.
- Proficiency in Sourcing Candidates through various channels.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience and Expectations:
- Eligibility: Candidates with 6 Months- 1 year of experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
