- To work closely with clients, understand requirements, manage sourcing via job portals, referrals and getting the right fit within tight timelines.
- Have a thorough understanding of the sourcing, the nitty-gritties of a JD and target minimum drop-outs.
- Experience in negotiating offers and closing candidates successfully.
- Strong interpersonal, consulting and communication skills are necessary, as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships.
Requirements:
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT talent.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
- Proficiency in Boolean search and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
