About the Role

We are hiring a creative and flexible Graphic Designer to join our team. The right person should understand design basics well and truly love telling stories through visuals. The job is mostly about graphic design for digital, social media, and print, with motion graphics as an extra skill sometimes needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design: Make good-looking, effective designs for print, digital, and social media.
• Motion Graphics: Help create motion graphics and animated design pieces for social and digital content, when needed.
• Branding: Keep the brand look the same across all visuals, following our brand rules.
• Print Production: Work with printers and help with the printing process for stationery and packaging.
• Journal Design: Design the layout of our journals in InDesign, following our brand style.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to create designs that meet project goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of work experience in design.
• Software Skills: Good with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Motion Graphics: Knowing After Effects for motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Design Basics: Strong understanding of fonts, colour, layout, and how to arrange visuals.
• Nice to Have: Drawing skills, some experience with printing, and some experience with logo or brand design.
• Soft Skills: Good communication and the ability to handle several deadlines at once.

Additional Information

• Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 based on experience and portfolio quality.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
