Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be in charge of our brand’s visual identity across both digital and print – from making eye-catching social media content to designing powerful materials for trade events and expos. If you’re skilled in Adobe software, excited about AI creative tools, and have a good eye for design, we’d love to meet you.

What You Will Do?

• Design and create social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including static posts, reels, stories, thumbnails, and channel art.
• Create print-ready materials for events and expos: banners, standees, brochures, posters, and merchandise mockups.
• Edit and produce short and long video content, including motion graphics for presentations, and brand-consistent videos and testimonials.
• Use AI image and video generation tools to come up with ideas, test designs, and create creative work faster and at a larger scale.
• Lead in-house photography for product shoots, team photos, and event coverage.
• Keep and improve brand consistency across all visual touchpoints – both digital and physical.
• Manage multiple design tasks at the same time and deliver on tight deadlines without lowering quality.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video production.
• Strong portfolio showing social media, print, and video projects.
• Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of at least two AI image or video generation tools.
• Basic skills using a DSLR or mirrorless camera to take photos.
• Understanding of design basics: fonts, color theory, layout, and visual order.
• Ability to prepare files that are truly ready for printing (bleed, color profiles, resolution).
• Good communication skills to coordinate with print vendors, other suppliers, and clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for social media templates.
• Knowledge of size and format requirements for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• past experience designing for industrial, B2B, or manufacturing brands.
• Experience writing video scripts or planning storyboards.
• Experience with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Understanding of how brand identity systems and guidelines work.
