Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Campaign Management: Design and oversee performance marketing, content marketing, brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, and email automation
  • Content & Brand: Guide content production (blogs, social, email, video, etc.) and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • SEO/SEM: Drive organic growth through search engine optimization and manage paid ads (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and create actionable reports
  • CRM & Email Marketing: Manage databases, create email flows, and personalize customer journeys
  • Product Marketing: Create go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new launches
  • Event & Partnership Marketing: Represent the brand in webinars, community events, and co-marketing partnerships
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with product, sales, finance, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and shared goals
  • Budget Management: Own marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives, content creators, and designers
