Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of MERN stack applications, ensuring an AI-first development methodology.
- Architect and build robust, scalable microservices with a focus on AI-driven agentic architectures.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile (React Native) and responsive web (PWA) applications using React.js, Tailwind, and NodeJS, ensuring seamless integration of AI capabilities.
- Conduct continuous research and stay up-to-date on the latest MERN stack technologies, AI advancements, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Develop and enforce code standards, best practices, and design patterns within the team.
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and craft effective, precise AI prompts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of progressive experience in MERN stack development, with a significant focus on NodeJS backend.
- Strong hands-on experience in React Native and/or ReactJs for building dynamic user interfaces.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with MongoDB, including advanced query optimization and indexing.
- Extensive experience with all major AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.); exposure to GCP and Azure is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience with code deployment pipelines and practices.
- A strong “AI-first” mindset in approaching software development, with an understanding of AI integration patterns.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in AWS is a significant plus.
