We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ARNP to join our clinical team as an Attending Provider for workers’ compensation claims.

The ARNP will serve as the Attending Provider for injured workers, managing all aspects of their clinical care within the workers’ compensation system. This role includes conducting evaluations, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with state workers’ comp regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Serve as the Attending Provider of Record (AP) under applicable state laws and guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and manage treatment plans, including referrals as needed.
- Document all visits and medical information in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.
- Collaborate with case managers, physical therapists, and other specialists.
- Complete required forms and reports such as Activity Prescription Forms (APFs), Chart Notes, and IMEs.
- Determine work status and provide work restrictions or accommodations when applicable.
- Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing medical assessments.
- Participate in return-to-work planning and vocational rehab coordination.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers’ compensation regulations and best practices.
Qualifications

Skilled in conducting routine examinations and diagnosing illnesses
Capable of prescribing medications and managing patient care
Strong collaboration and communication skills with other healthcare professionals
Proficiency in patient education and health management guidance
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Experience in providing primary care services and health assessments
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and certification
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience in a clinical setting is preferred
