Responsibilities
Responsibilities for N urse Practitioner :
Provide direct and indirect medical care to meet the physiological psychological and emotional needs of the patients
Obtain history and perform a physical examination to determine patient health status
Formulate a working diagnosis develop and implement treatment plansIdentify patient health conditions and prescribe treatment based on diagnosis
Evaluate patients who have returned from offsite treatment
Admit and discharge patients from all units in the facilityConduct rounds
Schedule and perform laboratory and diagnostic procedures
Qualifications
Qualifications f or N urse Practitioner :
Must hold a current unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida
Current DEA registration
An appropriate collaborative agreement with the onsite Physician
A valid CPR card
Be certified in a Board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties
Must possess strong written communication and verbal skillshave strong computer skills
