We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to handle and oversee our entire B2C operations, including order management, customer interactions via WhatsApp Business, and scheduling of rides for deliveries. This is a high-responsibility role requiring excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end B2C order tracking and logistics coordination
  • Actively engage with customers on WhatsApp Business, answering queries, managing orders, and providing exceptional support
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries and logistics efficiently
  • Maintain daily records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Solve operational issues proactively, providing smooth customer experiences
  • Directly report and collaborate closely with the Co-founders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High responsibility, reliability, and ownership attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Previous experience in operations or customer service is a plus
