We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to handle and oversee our entire B2C operations, including order management, customer interactions via WhatsApp Business, and scheduling of rides for deliveries. This is a high-responsibility role requiring excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong ownership mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end B2C order tracking and logistics coordination
- Actively engage with customers on WhatsApp Business, answering queries, managing orders, and providing exceptional support
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and logistics efficiently
- Maintain daily records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Solve operational issues proactively, providing smooth customer experiences
- Directly report and collaborate closely with the Co-founders
