Skills Required:
- A plus if you have experience with React.js, Vue.js, and Webflow.
- Experience writing code based on each client’s specific needs and requirements.
- Experience designing responsive and adaptive websites using HTML5 and CSS3, for all types of devices.
- Skilled in using server-side CSS pre-processing tools, such as LESS and SASS.
- Experience with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
- Make sure all user input is checked before it’s sent to the back-end.
- Knowledge of handling background (async) requests, partial page updates, and AJAX.
- Good understanding of issues with different browsers and how to fix them.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure performance is strong on both mobile and desktop.
- Writing tested, clean, and well-documented JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
- Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself.
- Working with the back-end developer to help build the RESTful API.
- Communicating with outside web services.
