About the Team :
At Slikk, our Tech Team is the backbone of India’s fastest fashion and beauty commerce experience. We’re a lean, agile group of engineers and problem-solvers who thrive on speed, performance, and product-first thinking. From building a seamless mobile-first shopping journey to enabling 60-minute deliveries at scale, we solve high-impact problems with clean code and smart architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our mobile app frontend using React Native
- Collaborate with product designers to build clean, intuitive, and scalable UI/UX
- Optimize performance across Android and iOS platforms
- Integrate APIs and coordinate with backend developers
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Drive architecture discussions and make key technical decisions
- Mentor junior frontend developers and review code
Good to Have:
- Minimum 4 years of frontend development experience, with at least 2+ years in mobile app development
- Strong command of React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux/MobX
- Experience working with REST APIs, Git, and common third-party libraries
- Performance and optimization mindset across devices and platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, crash monitoring, and analytics platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and team collaboration mindset
- Experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, or fast-growing startups
