We’re looking for a junior engineer who’s excited about AI and back-end development. This is a great fit if you’ve just graduated or have up to one year of professional experience and want to learn fast in a startup environment. You’ll help us build and scale the systems that power CV generation and automation workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain automation workflows in N8N.
- Work on the JSON → LaTeX → PDF pipeline for CV generation.
- Help with prompt engineering to improve AI outputs.
- Develop and maintain back-end APIs/services (Node.js or Python).
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
- Collaborate with the team to ship features quickly and reliably.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong programming skills in Node.js or Python.
- Exposure to AI/LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
- Interest in automation tools like N8N.
- Basic knowledge of JSON data handling and willingness to work with LaTeX templates.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a startup environment.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
- Side projects, internships, or coursework involving AI or automation.
