The Growth Narrative is a branding and film agency focused on lifestyle. We create strong stories for premium and luxury brands to help them stand out and connect with people. We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who lovesmaking impactful designs that help brands grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership: Guide the creative team to align their work with company goals and brand values.
• Idea Development: Create fresh and impactful ideas for ads, branding, product packaging, and marketing campaigns.
• Campaign Direction: manage the creative process, making sure all work is high-quality and matches the brand from start to finish.
• Team Management: Lead, guide, and inspire a team of creative graphic designers in a supportive environment.
• Brand Development: Set and maintain brand guidelines, making sure visuals and messaging stay consistent.
• Efficiency Management: Manage creative projects wisely to meet creative goals on time.
• Trend and Market Analysis: Stay updated with trends, new technologies, and best practices in design.
• Quality Control: Make sure all work meets the high standards, provide feedback when needed

Pre-requisites:

• 7+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer at a top agency.
• Experience creating brands in the lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, fashion, beauty, or real estate.
• Strong design sense with knowledge of current trends and luxury branding.
• Skill in developing visual identity systems, including logos, fonts, color , packaging, print materials, digital experiences, and brand guidelines.
• Ability to turn ideas into strong brand expressions.
• Great attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and a solid understanding of production processes across print and digital.
• An outstanding portfolio that shows original and well-executed work across premium brands.
• Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• A curious mindset that keeps up with design trends and technology.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a strong portfolio.
