Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Manage and maintain servers, networks, and system infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- Asset Management: Track, manage, and optimize IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network performance.
- DevOps Support: Work closely with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and optimize system performance.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security policies, monitor system vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with IT regulations.
- Backup & Recovery: Maintain data backup solutions and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- User Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and incident reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in system administration, IT asset management, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS & networking.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
