Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, closure
- Client HR operations: onboarding, documentation, compliance
- Liaison between IPS & client for manpower planning/reporting
- Maintain pipelines via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals
- Ensure smooth recruitment execution at client site
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Exposure to Oil & Gas / heavy industries preferred
- Ability to multitask across recruitment & operations
- Proactive, adaptable, comfortable at client premises.
