What You’ll Do:
- Conceptualize and design brand identities, marketing campaigns, digital & print assets for a diverse range of clients.
- Develop engaging social media creatives, website visuals, packaging designs, Ul/UX elements, and presentation decks.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling that aligns with brand strategy.
- Ensure consistency in design and brand identity across different platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and motion design teams to create cohesive campaigns.
- Stay updated with global design trends, typography, color theory, and branding innovations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
Required skills and experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong visual storytelling, branding, and conceptualization skills.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
- Knowledge of print and digital design, including marketing collateral, social media, and Ul/UX elements.
- Ability to create modern, innovative, and visually striking designs.
- Experience working on packaging design, brand guidelines, and campaign rollouts is a plus.
- Basic motion graphics and video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory).
