Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align business goals with user needs.
- Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent design system.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation to projects.
- Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant, and accessible design solutions.
- Continuously gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
- Experience in conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability studies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business needs.
