Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Bench Marketing: Effectively market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and US citizens) to clients and staffing partners.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with new clients and staffing partners to generate business opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of client contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Proven success in inside sales or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and research.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position requirement.
- Encourage long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as IT Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
