AI Signal is building India’s next-gen, AI-powered podcast and video brand — focused on cinematic storytelling, solo monologues, and viral shorts that blend deep thinking with modern, scroll-stopping formats.
Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form podcast episodes and solo monologues into cinematic, high-retention videos
- Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, X clips) from longer edits
- Add zooms, subtitles, music, cutaways, b-roll, and motion effects to enhance emotional impact
- Use any tools of your choice — AI-powered tools (like Descript, Runway, Pictory, CapCut AI, etc.) are preferred
- Sync audio, visuals, and voice with smooth transitions and brand consistency
- Collaborate with the founder and content team for feedback and creative direction
- Repurpose and post the same content (with slight variations) across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
Requirements:
- Solid editing skills with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut Desktop, DaVinci Resolve — or any tool you’re comfortable with
- Strong storytelling instincts — you know how to build emotional rhythm, tension, and retention
- Experience editing YouTube-style podcasts, monologues, or cinematic short-form content
- Willingness to experiment with AI tools and fast production workflows
- Eye for pacing, emotion, and aesthetic — not just technical editing
- Bonus: Experience with subtitling, sound design, and social-first content formatting
