Key Responsibilities
- Design creative work for social media, digital campaigns, websites, emails, and ads.
- Create brochures, presentations, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Keep the brand look consistent across all visual content.
- Design engaging infographics, sales presentations, and campaign designs.
- Edit videos for social media, property walkthroughs, reels, corporate videos, and digital campaigns.
- Create motion graphics, animations, captions, and adjust content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Work with the marketing and content teams to deliver powerful, high-impact designs.
Required Skills
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics skills.
- Excellent creativity, font skills, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in the real estate industry is required.
