Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Night shifts mandatory)
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate
Minimum 15 years of full-time education
Postgraduates are NOT eligible
Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
Candidates should be willing to relocate to Mysore for 2 months mandatory training
Immediate joiners preferred
Role Responsibilities
️ Handle customer queries through voice support
️ Understand customer concerns and provide timely solutions
️ Deliver excellent customer experience with professionalism and empathy
️ Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
️ Collaborate with team members and follow process guidelines
Compensation
Bangalore: 2.75 LPA
Pune: 2.5 LPA
