We are Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive – Rehabilitation & Homecare
Are you a goal-focused healthcare sales professional looking to build a career ? Avanta Rehabilitation Centre is growing its presence in Bangalore , and we are need a high-energy Marketing & Sales Executive to join our Business Development team!
This is a field-based role, you will be the face of Avanta across Bangalore’s healthcare scene. You’ll build and real trusted relationships with neurologists, orthopaedic surgeons, physicians, ICU teams, and discharge coordinators. Your main focus will be explaining our top neurorehabilitation, outpatient therapy, and post-hospital homecare packages to build a steady pipeline of good patient referrals. If you good at management, like selling by actually understanding people’s needs, and want to make a real difference in patient care after they leave the hospital – this one’s for you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A Graduate degree – prefer in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related health field.
- Experience: 1–4 years in healthcare field sales (pharma, medical devices, diagnostics, or hospital business development). If you have Past experience in rehabilitation or homecare is a big plus!
- Skills: Good at clinical communication, selling by understanding needs, and CRM discipline. A valid 2-wheeler/4-wheeler license and personal vehicle are mandatory.
- Languages: You need to be fluent in both English and Kannada.
