Key Responsibilities

Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning across business units.

Partner closely with leadership teams to translate business strategy into financial outcomes.

Build and maintain robust financial models covering revenue, margins, pricing, investments, and profitability.

Delivering strategic insights influence business growth, hiring, expansion, and operational decisions.

Create dashboards, MIS, and performance tracking mechanisms that improve visibility and accountability.

Work with business leaders to identify financial risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements.

Support long-term strategic planning, scenario modeling, and investment evaluation.

Monitor key business metrics and proactively provide recommendations to leadership.

Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, HR, and leadership teams to improve planning accuracy and execution.

Drive financial discipline, governance, and decision support in a high-growth environment.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong foundation in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.

8 to 15 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or related analytical roles.

Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.

Proven ability to connect financial performance with business strategy and operational drivers.

High degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail, with a results-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across functions and leadership levels.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial planning systems, BI tools, and management reporting frameworks.
