We’re Hiring: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

Eezily is looking for a senior real estate professional who can lead a sales team, build strong developer relationships, understand market opportunities, and drive revenue across residential and commercial real estate.

This is not just a sales management role.

This is a market-building and revenue ownership role.

The ideal candidate should be someone who understands Ahmedabad’s real estate market deeply, can identify high-potential locations, create area-wise business plans, guide team members, and support the company in generating quality leads through strong market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives / ARMs.
• Drive sales, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, channel partners, and property owners.
• Identify strong micro-markets, upcoming locations, and revenue opportunities.
• Create area-wise sales and revenue plans.
• Work with the marketing team to plan lead generation campaigns.
• Ensure proper CRM updates, reporting, and sales discipline.
• Personally support important client meetings and high-value closures.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales.
• Team handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ahmedabad residential and commercial real estate.
• Existing developer / broker relationships.
• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• A target-driven and ownership-oriented mindset.
